Never walk in here because they’re always busy. Always call and book in advance. But they seem to be very good and offer you a beer or coffee when you walk in, which is cool. I’ve only been once and I liked what they did with my hair - I have long hair so not every gentleman barber can handle it (though they all pretend to) - these guys were able to handle layers. It’s a cute small barbershop and they’re very courteous, just not if you aren’t booked in, so I took a star away haha.

My partner and son visit South Street. James is very patient and clam with my son. Nice space, use Dyson hairdryers, lollipops for Kids! James will follow your hairstyle requirements too.

My little boy who absolutely hates having his hair cut, Loves James! He is so patient and caring towards him and makes him feel comfortable. They always have a lolly and childrens programs ready and waiting. THE BEST

James has been cutting my hair for around 10 years now, every time I’ve left been very happy with the trim. The hospitality is also very good always offering drinks from beer to coffee. 10/10 would recommend.

Best barber shop going. Don’t hesitate to visit James and his colleague. They will look after you, sort you a coffee/beer and a wicked trim.

Friendly, professional and brilliant service provided. A beautiful aesthetic and an all round incredible place to be, James and El are both top notch barbers who are always waiting with a cold beer and a friendly face.
