West Chemist, Travel Clinic and Ear Wax Removal

Attended as a walk-in for my Covid and flu jab. excellent service, very well organised. Benefited from a very nice volunteer who organised everybody.Although they were busy, the lady pharmacist took time to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed. Excellent care

Had a confidential issue and I was dealt with in a professional manner and didn’t feel like “another patient”. The pharmacist took the time to understand my issue and advised me appropriately. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be visiting again.I’ll be recommending this pharmacy to all I know in Northampton!

I cannot recommend the team at West highly enough. As a palliative care nurse being able to get a multitude of medication for our patients, sometimes at late notice is vital. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they will always deliver if we ask them too. We have never had anything but gold standard service from the team.

You won’t find a more accommodating, helpful and efficient pharmacy. The staff are helpful and kind and I would go anywhere else how.

I initially used West Chemist at the beginning of this year due to my normal chemist wasn't able to supply my much needed diabetic sensor (manufacturing delay etc). Not only did West Chemist have 1 in stock but they also took my number to let me know that they had a delivery of more, they didn't need to do this but they did. I've only ever popped into West Chemist once before (a long time ago) but I wouldn't go anywhere else now, they are my chosen chemist for my prescriptions to be sent over & I live nearer Kettering, so I travel a good way to get excellent & friendly service by ALL members of staff, plus they're always available to speak to if you need any medical advice, so I would highly recommend West to anyone as West is best.

Fantastic service and advice from pharmacist Ismail on a Saturday morning, I can highly recommend him and West Chemist.

Staff have been supportive and amazingly friendly. They have gone above and beyond. When I was feeling particularly low they supported me and made sure I had everything I needed and helped get the medications the doctor prescribed.The only down side is its hard for them to hear through a mask and barrier sometimes if other people are talking in store, so that use made it difficult to understand when spelling your name/address to pick up medications.Handy hint: I learned pretty quick it was easier to hand over an ID with name and address information to the pharmacist/assistant so they could take the information down easily and I didn't have to try and spell my name multiple times! Hope this helps others in the future!
