Tourist shop not outfitters. Staff helpful but you can't return online orders in store and it's better for kitsch magnets than kilts.

Reasonably priced for the quality of products available. Staff willing to help. Remember it's not a retail shop, more of a warehouse so no pretty displays. Door is very sticky so give a good yank if there during open times posted on the door!

Have just taken delivery of an Argyle kilt jacket and waistcoat, ordered online. Delighted with product and service. The measurement guide was clear, and the jacket and waistcoat fit perfectly. (Sigh of relief! - I'm always uneasy about buying clothing online.) The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Delivery was very prompt. The product is of very good quality, and exactly as described. I will certainly buy from this company again.

I have an event coming up shortly. I was looking for a leather waistcoat for my kilt and ghillie shirt. I could not find a retailer anywhere that stocked them in my size. I telephoned the warehouse and spoke with Mike. They had one in stock but I was over 50 miles away. Mike put it to one side and was happy to transfer it to the shop if we couldn't get to the warehouse in time. We got there in time and not only got the waistcoat I wanted, I bought flashes and a bag for my partner. A successful trip. Thanks Mike.

After having to cancel her birthday trip to Scotland because of COVID-19, I bought my sister a Tartan Cashmere Mini Cape from these guys. It arrived in a reasonable time considering the pandemic. It's really nice. She's gonna love it.

Amazing service, ordered a utility kilt that turned out to be a size too small, but came extremely fast by courier, I've been around Edinburgh today so I took it back, they exchanged it within seconds. Very pleased and will definitely coming back /ordering from them when I'll buy my full kilt set for Xmas
