Contacted Darren to repair the bike of my son who destroyed it while playing with friends. Very efficient service and lots of advices. Repaired it quickly and trying as much as possible to keep the bill low. Can only recommend !

Darren is a wonderful person who is really passionate about bikes and finding the right solution for his customers. Darren went out of his way to help us find a really excellent second hand bike at the price we wanted and to ensure it was safe and properly serviced. Darren also took the trouble to follow up and offer us much needed advice - thankyou Darren.

Absolutely fantastic service from Darren at the Bike Workshop. Had my sons Mountain bike serviced with him and he did a great job. Collected the bike and dropped it off, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use him and again would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I contacted Darren at the bike workshop on a Monday and he was happy to slot me in that same week, the bike was back as good as new within a few days. Great service, very helpful and happy to go through all the work that was done. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

My experience with Darren and the Bike Workshop was fantastic, really impressed by his level of communication and quality of the service. My bike felt brand new, and was a joy to ride afterwards. I will 100% go back to the bike workshop, and delighted to find a great local company to help keep my bike on the road!

Needed a new chain fitting and a general service on my bike. Darren was efficient, personable and communicated very well throughout the process. The pick up and drop off service made everything nice and easy. Would highly recommend!

Got two bikes booked in for services of varying levels.Quick responses from Darren to arrange dropping the bikes off, as worn parts were identified or any issues Darren sent a message and various options I could pick.When I dropped the bikes off we went through a quick run through of the bikes any issues, history of parts and bike use to identify any likely needing replacement.First ride out in the bikes and felt like new, a couple of little niggles on the first ride which Darren has sortedWould highly recommend and will be using again

Very happy with the service of 2 bikes from The Bike Workshop. Took a little longer than expected due to availability of parts but Darren clearly communicated costs, timescales and what work was needed so no complaints, reasonable price and great service all round. I'll be using them again in future as and when needed.

Darren serviced 3 bikes for me and really pleased. Went for the 2star service. Dropped off bikes and collected a few days later. Tested them out and they ride like new. Darren Is very professional and provides a great personal service. Will definitely use him again.
