Took money for car mats on 13/07/2016 never delivered them, called 19/07/2016 as never heard anything from them regarding delivery or stock issues and was advised the mats were out of stock with no back order date. Asked for a refund and why I wasn't informed of this - never got an appropriate answer and was told it would take up to 14 days for my money to be paid back to me !! as described in their T&Cs. Still waiting for my money and nothing in their T&Cs about them failing to send a delivery - only applies if i send them back - but to do that you would need to deliver them !Promised emails today 03/08/2016 which never appeared -Really need to get yourselves sorted out - Absolute disgrace - Only added 1 star so I can post - 0 would be my chosen option.
