Bought a circular wood saw for minor use, the blade teeth welds fell off after a few month of very minor use so no longer cuts smooth.Emailed Makita about the issue and was ignored.

Great staff the training by there staff on the products they sell is brilliant. Fantastic stocks available. Plenty of spare parts for all the tools they sell. They have some amount of battery tool to choose from. Highly recommend Makita tools.

I returned a product after years of use to see if it can be fixed…. They fixed it and sent it back to my address within a week with no charge! What more can you ask for.. Polite chap on the phone when I first made the enquiry.Awesome service! 5*+

Outstanding service. As others have reported, my drill did develop a degree of 'chuck wobble' after 3 years, but I sent it back to Makita and they repaired it for free, even though it was well outside their warranty period. What's more, they turned the repair around in only 4 days at Christmas time, which I think is exceptional service.

I have an extensive makita 18v tool kit, and have in the past purchased 2 jobsite speakers which have both failed to work because of the rubber buttons on the control panel, I sent an email to makita customer service to ask for advice on how to solve the issue but was simply ignored

Sent my laser 360 for repair more than one month ago, asked for calibration and glass cover change. Been charged £211, sent back with no calibration, small glass pieces inside been heard when shaking. Sent back for calibration in result can’t fix it. At the moment they didn’t respond on my emails. Very bad service, disapointed.

Exemplary customer service. I have owned numerous Makita tools over the years but they never failed. I had one fail recently for the first time. I contacted Makita for a repair, the service was faultless. I got my tool repaired in no time with no fuss at all. Definitely sticking with Makita for future purchases.
