I was considering purchasing a used telescope from a private dealer and being a bit cheeky, I asked Telescope House for advice even though they knew I was actually considering buying from elsewhere. One of the team Kerin" sent me several emails each in great detail of things to consider. Armed with this knowledge I will be going ahead and buying a solar scope but at the same time I am browsing their web page to see what I can buy from them in addition.In my estimation this goes far above what I expected. Went in today and was really impressed with the customer service and knowledge. Got exactly what I wanted and had an interesting chat with the guy that served me, unfortunately didn't get his name. Definitely will be using them again.Quite sure the person who gave a 1 star review can be ignored!

Excellent place for anyone who wishes to buy a telescope! Whether you have good knowledge or no knowledge on telescopes or unsure which one to buy, the guys at telescope house are super knowledgeable and know everything about telescopes. I drove down from southeast London to get some advice on my next telescope and the guys (who's names I forgot, sorry) were really helpful!! Very honest and trusting people who want to make sure you get the right telescope for YOU. Telescope house is my go to place for all my telescope needs! Excellent customer service and awesome range of products to buy from!

Sorry but terrible service ordered 19th Feb received 1st March no emails to say why it took so long. I sent an email to ask where my order was on the 28th Feb and received an email say you received parcel 4th March think you need to sort you customer service and a better delivery service. won't be ordering from you again. Plus I only live 15 mins away.

How service should be.I am a first time customer to 'Telescope House'.A benchmark of how customer service and online shopping should be.From the moment i had the initial contact giving sensible advice on the best telescope for my needs, to the speedy delivery service.There was an issue where part of the order was missing but a quick e-mail and fast response time meant i was not concerned about my issue.The missing item was delivered within a week, and therefore deserves a 5* review.I look forward to dealing with you again soon.
