A fantastic team that's highly professional! My boyfriend and I visited on my birthday, and the service was top-notch. The decoration is charming, and the massage chairs are incredible. Our manicures/pedicures lasted as promised, and we'll definitely be returning

Absolutely shocking, booked an appointment for 11 and still waiting half an hour later. Will start with someone else in your time because of running late and can’t hold time. Definitely won’t recommend

Really disappointed !! Have been coming here for a long time and always had beautiful nails and excellent service but yesterday a new staff member did my nails she rushed and I have been left with mis shapen nails and gel which is far too thick I have contacted the owners who have said they are too busy to rectify them and refused me a refund I am sorry to say I will never set foot in the place again and would urge others to do so with caution

Fantastic gel polish on toes ! I visited Dan Nails when staying with family in Derby upon recommendation. Two weeks later and I still have the gel on my toes with no chips looking perfect. I normally pay £50 for this to be done in London and the quality is never the same. Will definitely be visiting again when I’m back in Derby!

Always 30 mins late or more when booking appointments, this has happened on more than one occasion, due to lack of staff and booking in too many at a time! No apology either when I had to leave my appointment due to being late for another ! I won’t be coming back again
