I purchased a Rolex watch from the classic watch buyers club which was listed as a full set. Box and papers. On arrival the serial number on the watch didn’t match the serial number on the papers. Considering I spent £10000 I would have thought this was a basic check to ensure they both match. After speaking with them on the phone they didn’t seem bothered about it and just asked me to send the watch back. If I hadn’t checked this it could have cost me thousands in the future. If your purchasing a watch make sure you check the papers and all documentsI was also told that I would be refunded the postage cost when the watch was returned. After a week they decided not to refund me my postage money after telling me they would this Due to the honest review that I left. If you class yourself as a watch dealer get the basics correct.

Went to the shop in Newmachar to get a watch battery replaced. The man who fixed my watch was very helpful and the repair was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. Ended up treating myself to a beautiful necklace while I was in the shop as well. Great selection of watches, jewellery and gifts. Even had free on-site parking- much easier to access than trying to park in the city centre. I look forward to my next trip to The Classic Watch Buyers Club!
