We have been using this software for approx. 3 years now and it has made such a difference to our day to day tasks. We previously used a manual excel spreadsheet to track everything and SME was a smooth transition into a much easier way of working. The system works well and any issues are resolved or explained with a quick response time. The best way to learn how to use the system is by doing, the more you use it, the easier is becomes. SME has made a huge, positive different to our company.

SME has been an easy software package for us, having now used the system since we launched back in 2015. The support team are always on hand to help. In the beginning we also required some bespoke system changes as our business is slightly different to the normal letting agent and SME were very obliging and helpful to make required tweaks to suit our needs. Our company, Cullen Property Ltd, have been using the full SME software package for circa 6 years. We use the full range of applications within the software, including the whole accounts function, and also have integrated links with Hazelton Mountford and Amiqus (referencing and ID respectively) too. We have found it to be an invaluable tool and a vital component of the business to ensure we can deliver the levels of service we required for our landlords and tenants.
