He scammed me of shpock and blocked my number im going to his shop today i did some detective work and found out this shop i want my money

I was sold a faulty washing machine. I only got a receipt today as I've been asking for one since last Friday when I purchased it. When I asked for a refund he didn't give one. This wasn't explained when I bought the item. When I asked for an exchange I've been given excuse time after time on promised deliveries. To be honest I wouldn't buy from here again. I'm still waiting for an exact replacement today. 9-9-21.
