This was my third time using Harry on one of my properties in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy. I had tried and tested a lot of similar companies in the area and had nothing but problems, a friend recommended Harry and I haven’t looked back. I have used him for emergency calls out and new installations and he is extremely reliable, honest and efficient at his job. If I could rate 6 stars I would.

We called Harry from the Croydon Boiler Company when my nans boiler stopped working. Being a plumber myself but quite far away from her I knew what I wanted in a service and Harry and his team went over and beyond my expectations.Their level of professionalism, skill and communication sets a standard as to why they are so highly reviewed on google! We certainly picked the right company for the job.They attended with full PPE and maintained social distancing measures whilst still offering such a warm and friendly service that put my Nan at ease. Harry spoke to me throughout the works keeping us up to date with what was going on.Harry had the boiler fault diagnosed and repaired the same day, ensuring my nan had heating and hot water.My family cannot thank Harry enough he will be the only company we would recommend to everyone and are more than happy to instruct his services for when she has her boiler replaced in the new year.Once again thank you Croydon Boiler Company

Harry came out to see us at short notice on a Sunday evening and managed to diagnose the problem within minutes of being there. The part for the boiler was ordered and fitted the next day. Great service and they went above and beyond to see us on a Sunday evening. Will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend.

Harry & Max were recommended as our Boiler had no power - they arrived same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part within 30 mins. They then came back first thing the next morning and had the Boiler working within minutes. Great advice, service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended!I used the Croydon Boiler Company in my flat on Princess Road. The boiler stopped working and there was no hot water. I called on Sunday and Harry was very responsive and booked me in for Monday morning. Despite having another job already booked, he returned to the property to install a new pump the same morning.Harry is very knowledgeable about what he does and a very courteous guy. As I am a landlord and wasn't physically present, he explained the issue and even offered recommendations on boilers.It's also nice to see that even smaller jobs are treated the same way as a big job. I often find that companies are only interested to do a new boiler installation and not small jobs where they can't charge as much.I would highly recommend Harry and The Croydon Boiler Company.

I used the Croydon Boiler company for a family members boiler replacement as it was too far for me to do. They came highly recommended and after reading their other reviews, I didn’t hesitate to get them to quote for the work.Their quote was competitive with the other ones that I received, I would say it was a bit higher than the rest but I am happy to pay a bit more if the job is done correctly.Very happy with the service we received and they arrived on time and got the job done to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

We use Croydon boiler company for our portfolio of properties. Harry is always on hand when you need him, very quick to come out and deal with any issues we may have. He deals with our new builds and installing all the plumbing, all of our gas certificates and deals with all of our emergency call outs. I can not fault his service 10 out of 10!

unbelievably professional and excellent service. Harry and Max upgraded my heating system from old style to new and i'm over the moon with the service. Very clean, respectable and honest workers. Harry was excellent from taking the first call to booking appointment for next morning and boiler/heater repairs. Very reasonable charge. I was almost shocked how little he charged for work carried out. Highly recommended.
