We were in Penzance for a couple of hours and called in on the off-chance they might have just the shoes I'm looking for. The super friendly, super-efficient staff, whilst dealing with other customers, did everything they could to get the shoes I wanted including looking in their store and phoning around to locate the shoe I wanted in my size. Although dealing with more than one client at a time, their full attention was given to everyone when they were being dealt with. I only wish I could have bought something ! I only wish there was a Lou's Shoes, with the same staff, closer to where I live !

Went last Saturday to buy a pair of Sketchers following a recommendation.Loved the selection, helpfulness of the staff and the prices. So much so that I ended up buying two pairs.Highly recommended.

Lous shoes, staff are extremely helpful, I can understand why they always seem busy, and there is always someone in the shop looking at the shoes, you feel at home here, with plenty of time to try shoes on with no rush. (Andrew on holiday)
