I have recently joined up with prepayment. They are uber well priced and really nice staff each time I've called. I will be recommending to my friends.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The one positive review is from an employee of the company!! STAY AWAYThey have one person managing all of their services. She makes mistakes and then blames customers for it. The manager's only excuse was that they are a new company so processes are changing all the time.First, it took months to even get signed up. Second, they failed to get the right information so mis-charged me and then refused to refund me.Customer service was yelling at me and telling me I don't know where I live. How is that even possible?!

Customer service phones do not work, I have tried for the past three days to call them but no luck; I have also emailed them several times and no one had the courtesy so far to reply. I have a fixed terms payment agreement, but this month I have been charged nearly double with no explanation.Hopefully someone from the company will get in touch in the next couple of days otherwise I will simply change gas supply.

Customer service phones do not work correctly and keep cutting you off.I first signed up to this company a year ago Sept 2017 and was overcharged on my prepayment meter, this took a few months to sort out and I had to contact the ombudsman to resolve the issue. The ombudsman awarded the case in my favour and offered me compensation of £50 to which Cardiff energy have still not paid to this date. My fixed term contract with them ended in September this year and no notification was sent to me regarding this so now I am on a contract which is far more expensive than competitors. If notification was given like they are obliged to do then I would have swapped to a more appropriate tariff.This is a very poor service energy company and do not value their customers and also do not have the correct logistics to sort any problems out no matter how small so just avoid.

I have been a customer of Cardiff energy Supply for 2 years. When ever I have had any issues they have been very quick to resolve the issue. There price has always been great for me.

Went here for training day for work. Nice place. Car park not very big.

Amazingly well priced gas in fact the cheapest in the uk superb personal service and excellent staff keep up the good work,being in the forefront of the uk energy market........and no i am not an employee just know a damn fine energy company when i see it

I have been with Cardiff energy since April 2018 and the service has always been brilliant. An email question always gets answered back in less than 4 hours, the prices are the best on the market and the service and correspondence is brilliant.For such a small supplier they are definitely punching above their weight

Recently dealt with this company and there was an agent named Joseph Black, absolutely horrendous at manual calculations. He got mine and his sisters wrong. hEkept talking about peng tings on the phone. WARNING STAY AWAY

I have been with Cardiff Energy since March last year and have moved and I am opening another account with them. They respond very quickly to email and have always been very quick to answer if I need anything. Not every gas supplier is open on the weekend but they get the job done. Highly recommend.
