They dont answer their phonesThey open at 8 everyday and apparently by 8:05 they are fully bookedWorst doctors to get into!!Dont bother waisting your time!!!

I'd rate this doctors no stars, all down to the silly receptionist. I've been waiting for some scan results since last week, the doctor was suppose to ring me 4 days ago, so I've rang 3 days in a row withing the time slot to get an appointment... to ask whats going on however the receptionist tells me he can't ring me to talk, I want 2 minutes of his time to put my mind at rest with results. The respetionist thought it was ok to partly tell me my results by saying 'well it says here you just have a bit of inflammation!' Which i know isn't true i know whats wrong, she had no right at all!

I was able to make contact with the Reception very quickly.The Receptionist could not have been more helpful.She took my information accurately and responded knowledgeably to my request.The doctor also responded quickly.I had to visit the surgery and was directed to an outside Reception window where my sample was taken and tested whilst I waited.I could not fault the service and the Receptionist was particularly impressive with her care ,so ,five star treatment in my opinion.Thankyou.

Needs a queuing system on the phone. Was told to call at 8am for an appointment with the doctor. Called 45 times now and keep getting user busy!! Not even a queue system is a joke. Just got to sit here and ring ring ring until hopefully I get through and there’s an appointment left.
