Every time I’ve been recently, rare and few choices of alternative milks available… especially never any oat milk!The service today was horrific! Manager screaming and shouting, and had a snotty attitude towards customers. Staff saying they didn’t want to make drinks anymore, moaning to each other in front of customers. No staff wearing any masks or PPE. 2 Drinks took 10 minutes, and even had to remind them of what I ordered and how many!! The whole place was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, didn’t even want to sit on the chairs disgustingly dirty, hand prints on the leather seats showed no cleaning had taken place. 5 members of staff on shift and not one of them could clean up with just 5 customers in?Absolute rip off too… the bacon butty (picture) had 1 rasher of bacon, disgraceful!This Starbucks needs to sort themselves out, it’s a shame as I love the coffee but think I’ll go to a different one instead from now on.

Service was terrible. No acknowledgement of my presence in the shop. No greeting when getting served, she didn’t actually say one word. However, the atmosphere was ok. I think I will stick to going to the other shop.

Terrible Starbucks! There’s one member of staff who’s lovely but the rest are downright rude. The coffee is the worst I’ve ever had, tastes like dishwater! We won’t be going again. .

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Always waiting for 20+ minutes, gormless staff, always get the wrong orders and today I’m turned away at 7:05 when they supposedly opened at 6:30. I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes but knowing this branch that’s probably nonsense and I was on my commute.

First staff stood talking to each other so waited at till for 10 mins to be served, had no cakes but had just had a delivery and got told they can’t open them till morning. Got hair in my daughters caramel frappe, got another drink, had hair in that too, got a third and forgot cream! Honestly this place is a joke, staff is rude, nothing in stock and prefer the trinity retail park branch any day.

Service extremely slow only 2 /3 staff and seemed very disorganised prioritising drive thru over customers inside who had paid and been waiting longer. One family waited so long to order they put their sandwiches back and left

Called in this morning to have a warm drink. The tea and coffee were fine as was the pleasant young lady who came to see what I wished to order after I had been ignored by the three males who were behind the counter.The customer service as portrayed by the trio was pathetic and does no credit to Starbucks. Come on, you can do better.

Starbucks on Blackburn Rd Looks like a flagship franchise and today's service was reasonable but other reviews are less enthusiastic about services. Full points for the building, easy parking, and good access to/from the A666. The outlet is adjacent to a petrol station featuring a Spar convenience store and Gregg's bakery. I will review my score when I have called by a couple more time.

Order cookies and cream, BUT THERE WAS NOT COOKIES AND CREAM! They gave me a brown watery drink, no manners, employees were rood at the drive thru. Felt disrespected by them when I complained! Disappointed!! Food was cold, drinks didn’t even have ice in it!
