I was seen by Alex as the Stratford Westfields branch. She understood the issue I was experiencing and explained everything clearly to me until I was satisfied. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at rest with any concerns I had. A great experience with a very knowledgeable Senior Smile Guide. I would highly recommend both Alex and the branch.

Veronica gave a very good explanation of the services and the plans. We also got treated with nice gifts, teeth whitening kit and lip balms. Also the treatment sounded great, can't wait to get started

Went in the shop for a scan, literally first thing I told the consultant that I'm not starting yet until next year (want to start after Christmas) and just want to see the options and have the plans laid out and discussed before I start.The consultant Amelia said that's fine and she also told me that I will receive an email from the dentist and we can decide on the plan when she asked me to sign a form. Which I particularly asked what this form is about as it showed that it selected some sort of plan and payment, she said I can confirm the final details and this is just to get the consent to send my scan to the dentist.Which I believed and signed, and then I got an email today saying the aligners are ready to be sent to me. There was no email from the dentist to discuss my case, which is something I have particularly ask for and double check when I went to the consultation.And when I called customer service, they told me that form I had signed is a pre-authorisation payment and also that I have agreed to start the plan. I immediately asked for a cancellation of the plan and a full refund, which they said it will take between 2-10 working day to process.This is the worst experience that I've had, I simply hope that my experience here would help anyone here looking, and please do not sign any form at the Smileshop unless you are happy with whatever they give you.

Great marketing, poor service. Do not sign up, aligners don't fit after getting laser measured three times. We have been advised to cut up four month worth of retainers in order to get a refund. A waste of monthly money and resources

Very accommodating and helpful staff with appointment timing, Alex from reception was warm and helpful.Veronica was very easy to talk to, explained me the process very clearly and enjoyed the scan process. Very professional yet warm.It was a pleasant experience.I am looking forward to the treatment now.

Veronica was really helpful and kind, guiding me all the way through the 3D scan. She helped to understand how the treatment should work and made me comfortable with all the steps to be followed. 100% recommend.
