We had a spectacular flood from our water tank on the first floor cascading through the ceiling to the ground floor at 9:30 pm on Christmas Eve. We were worried about the interaction of the current of water and the electricity supply.Panic stations!Jason was unbelievably helpful and responsive, was out within 15 minutes, and resolved the problem efficiently and excellent vfm. It was 9.30 pm on Christmas Eve !This man is a total legend! We cannot praise him in his company highly enough.
