Bit strange as the app said the taxi had arrived, but give no details of what the car was. Even after the normal phone call to tell me the driver was on his way there was no details on the app. I asked drivers in the car park and one said he was my driver so got my stuff in the boot of the car (did wait for the driver to open the boot, but he didn’t move and I had to try and find the boot handle myself in the dark) same sort of stuff on arrival.

Really fast. Good price and friendly driver. What more can you ask for.

Driver arrived on time and was very welcoming .

We pre booked a 6 seater taxi for a return trip on Sunday 20th August 2023, with a pre arranged fee.The taxi arrived, that was for only 4 people…. Therefore they did x2 trips to our outbound destination. On arriving at the destination, they wanted to charge us for the 2 taxis at a greater cost than we had already agreed. I rang the office to be told, “ we haven’t got a 6 seater taxi, so we sent one taxi to do 2 runs…” so we paid the driver the original agreed fee on arrival and, we would sort out the difference on our return.To our amazement, THEY cancelled the return journey and left us all stranded as we could not get another taxi….Clearly this company is unreliable, untrustworthy & we will never use this taxi company ever again !!!If you have any sense, use someone else for your taxis……

My taxi driver called Mathew is so polite and the car is very nice and clean. Always sticks to the speed limits and is very nice and lovely to chat to.

Both drivers were very helpful to me getting in and out of the car ( I am a wheelchair user) . They are both very friendly and chatty. I will definitely use this service again.

Abismal experience. Called 6 hours in advance and had to explain 5 times the pick up location and even gave the postcode of SY11. They eventually said it was booked and rushed me off the phone. At 11:05 I call them to ask where the taxi is and they could not find the booking even after me giving the postcode again. They booked me for a taxi in KETLEY. Had to wait another hour for a different taxi serice due to their incompetence. It amazes me how these companies have any business at all. 0/5

Turned up quickly despite traffic, got me to my destination on time, driver was friendly, what more can u ask for
