been here many times, and it always has been amazing.staff is outstanding, always so welcoming, and their food is probably the best wagamama so far i have been to.we been trying some Sides: korean BBQ Beef Buns, sticky vegan ribs" (highly recommend)

The food was okay. I had firecracker chicken, which had a good heat to it, but it tasted more like a simple chicken stir fry. The duck bao buns were banging though.

Had a lovely meal at Wagamama with great service. The food was faultless and tasty. Be nice if it was a little less noisy though as the sound echoes around.

Haven't been to Wagamama for years. Now know why. Friends suggested it, so thought we will give it a try. Totally overrated place. The food was not that good. First the portion sizes are too small and mainly rice with bland vegetables and a little bit of meat, so all you get for £12 - £14 is rice and bland veg. And the bowls were only two thirds full. So we decided to order sides as we were still hungry! That was a mistake. The fried dumplings were deep fried and not pan fried as I am used to, and overcooked. The squid was more batter than squid and the chicken skewers were far too sweet. My Latte was weak with a huge head of froth, so only half the small cup was a drink. Only saving grace were the staff. They were very helpful, always on hand and very pleasant. I won't be back.

Sent back chicken teriyaki. No sauce or taste and was frozen. More shredded carrots and watercress than chickenBeef stew needed a telescope to find any meat. Not worth what they charge. Will never be back . See photo for so called beef

We jumped in here just as a spur of the moment thing. Small queue waiting out side but that was dealt with efficiently and we were quickly seated.Gyoza dumplings were tasty, just could have done with being slightly hotter.Korean buns were really nice, would have them again, and would happily try other flavours and fillings. .The mains were excellent, thoroughly enjoyable.Overall was a nice experience and the food was very good for the price point

Looks nice but that's about it. Went for tofu as it's a safe option and my pad Thai was served flavourless with cold tofu. Steamed buns are okay but had way better. Better try your local Japanese/Thai restaurant it will be nicer and cheaper. It's just another chain that doesn't care about quality.

The food was excellent although overpriced for what was on the plate.Service from servers was fine but there was 7 of us dining and ALL 7 meals came at a different time.The biggest problem we had was the noise from the way that the bottles were disposed of.They were just being thrown in to some kind of skip every minute.Not the best when you wish a nice atmosphere when dining.Another problem was that 3 of the party asked for either a latte or a flat white only to be told that they could not make milky drinks.Needless to say I won't be hurrying back to the Fort wagamamas
