I was being physically attacked by the security with no explanations, they could have said please leave rather than push people away violently. We are customers not inmate, maybe try to treat people with least respect which we do not get from this place.I have been here many times and I have always loved this place, but this is what you have get after spend almost 300 pounds, it is just pure disappointment. Maybe that is why it has been arrogant workers and terrible customer service. I don’t even bother to suit or anything, just disappointment. Viaduct could do better but it just gotten worse from customer point of view.

After very minor hiccup with our booking, every single member of staff was absolutely incredible. Our drag host, the VIP bar staff and the management could literally not have done more. We had an amazing night thanks to all of you. Impeccable service. Thankyou all so much.X

I always thought the purpose of the gay scene was inclusiveness so being gay and living on a boat with no bank account/card at the moment I didn't expect to be humiliated and turned away after queuing to get in by the door staff. Should a business on the gay scene be fighting for freedoms or supporting a government imposed cashless society? The new penny made me very welcome and at home so the night wasn't ruined.

£10 entry, drink spiked, terrible security.Enjoyed the setting and company for most of the time when I was there but I believe my drink got spiked. For £10 entry I expected better security. I got dragged into a taxi by random girls when I was basically about to pass out and Viaduct won't even respond to emails requesting CCTV footage.

Love it in here. Came during the day and it was as lively as if it was in the evening. The staff were all very polite. They have their own bar just for cocktails and these were delicious and good value for money. It is £8.50 for 1 cocktail or 2 for £15 and they have a variety. The music was good and there was also a drag queen. Would definitely come back

Unlike the usual gay bar filled with gay men, this bar felt like all were welcome and people of all identities were enjoying themselves! We went on a saturday night and paid £10 entry each but it was definitely worth it! The bar staff and security were nice, as well as all the people there :) The place is super cool with a dj and dance floor as well as outdoor seating if you want something more chill. Only downside i can think of if was the toilets smelling like urine as the night went on.

I have so missed this place has being a cancer patient the viaduct or show room has been amazing venue not only for myself but for the people of Leeds it’s a wonderful experience not only for first visit but for locals it really is a sweet spot . Places like this have survived because they adapt to society and it’s needs .

Went last night and the drag DJ was lovely to us, played amazing music and made us all laugh, I kept buying her shots. The bar staff are also all so bubbly and great to talk to.
