Prescriptions never ready on time pulled of the system when you arrive and told to wait one lady waited 30 minutes today and finally left with no PrescriptionStaff do not know what they are doing no regular staff and never have full stock to fulfil Prescription how anyone can give 5 stars baffle me

Absolutely awful service, the sickest I've been and was first in the queue, first they said theve got my prescription and it's just being processed? After 30 mins of waiting I had to ask 1 of 5 members of staff what's going on at which point it took another 10 mins to tell me sorry we don't have your medicine In stock.either staff need re-training or sacking. Sick people queuing out the door because that staff are constantly chatting and on their phone. I have lived here 47 years and in the last 2 years it's gone completely down hill.years t

While two many staff are working their but they don't answer the phone and they forgot to send text message to us. Poor service.

Incompetent, disorganised and infuriating. Staff are friendly but that’s where the positives end.I went to pick up my girlfriend’s prescription on Tuesday and when I got home she realised that they had only given us 1 out of the 3 prescriptions required. We called up on Wednesday to let them know and they said it would be ready by Thursday. I went again on Friday to pick up the remaining 2 prescriptions but when I arrived they asked me which ones were needed, as they still had the 3 slips and weren’t sure which they had given me on Tuesday - surely this is for them to know and not me. I was the only person in the shop at this point and it took 30 minutes for them to get the prescription ready (whilst giving others their prescriptions who had ordered them after me). Clearly they hadn’t got them ready the day before as they promised, or they are just that disorganised that they made them twice. Thankfully we will be changing chemists after this.

Seems as if everything is out of stock and the staff are blaming the suppliers so that also means no stock on the shelves is also not available This is truly the most inefficient Pharmacy in the area and I will be expressing my concerns through the NHS platform

Ever since their refurb this pharmacy has been abysmal. They never prefer prescriptions ahead of time, or prepare orders of repeat scripts when they KNOW they're your nominated pharmacy. Being told to wait half an hour only to find out you never had my medications because of delivery issues" was a gut punch and outright disrespectful to the time I've had to wait before.My last experience before this was my final straw before giving you a 2nd chance

It used to be a really good pharmacy until Ahmed left. It takes over a week now to get prescriptions and most meds are missing which means revisiting multiple times. Currently they are trying to run a pharmacy whilst doing major building work which is causing more chaos. There are usually long queues, often out into the street.

Awful service. The amount of times my prescription has been messed up, forgotten etc is ridiculous. The latest was having to wait 10 days for my inhaler bring telling them I was desperate for my inhaler. After visiting and queuing to be told my inhaler was still not ready the next day I decided to ring to avoid a wasted journey. After for 2 hours soneone finally picked up and said my inhaler was ready. Despite being very busy and went to pick up as it was a Friday afternoon as I had no inhaler left. I arrived to be told it was ready and had to wait 20 mins. Why they couldn’t of been honest on the phone and say it’s not quite ready, give us half an hour etc. This is not an easy isolated incident.In addition they are very unprofessional in shouting across the shop the name of sensitive medications. I thought everyone has the right to not have they medical history broadcasted

Amazed by the efficiency of the chemist during these times when they are finding it very difficult to get some of the medicines that people require. Not only did they deliver them all, they were delivered very quickly. Service was also done with a smile by the team behind the counter. Give them support so they can support you.

I don't mean to be rude but this is a genuinely truly inefficient chemist - no matter how early you order your prescription it is never ready. No-one seems to know what they are doing or when for - I've been there for about 6 months and every time they've said the waiting time is about an hour so please come back later, and you go back and wait another 20 mins.
