Have tried for the last 3 days to get through starting from 07.59 and the queue is full at 8.00am and give up by 9 . Online says no more appointments for that day so unable to message or email. No surprise that so many people are going to A& E or just giving up.

Tried phoning only to get a message to say they are busy so call 111 then the call is cut off. Call 111 only to hear message they are busy too go tomorrow 111 online. Did 111 online answered all questions advice was to call 999 and the operator would give advice.Called 999 said I didn’t want an ambulance but they would give me advice. Reply- call your dr ! What a waste of time

Customer service is abysmal. My 88 year old mum is struggling to get her repeat Perscription delivered. She can’t get to the surgery on her own and she doesn’t have on line. Abysmal treatment of the elders who need medical help the most. Why is everything now so bias against the elderly?

If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolute wast of space and entirely disfunctional as an organisation. It's a shame, as there are a couple of good Doctors working there. Others are rude and dismissive. Why you can't ring in the morning and book an appointment for a couple / few days in the future, is mind boggling. This problem is just the tip of the iceberg and there are numerous other issues I could mention. The practices need an overhaul of management, as the current leadership is failing the community.

Can’t get an appointment, promised a call by practitioner one particular morning, waited by phone and no one called. Have to go right back to trying to contact them again. Lots of effort on my part and seemingly very little in theirs. Not a reciprocal relationship by any means.

Can’t get through on the phone!! Inhalers not prescribed as due an asthma check which is absolutely disgusting as I have been left without medication for 3 days. Looking to change GP as soon as possible. Phone calls back from a doctor can take 3 weeks. It seems everything has moved on from Covid except this surgery!!

Not very happy at waiting over a week for an appointment only to be seen by a trainee doctor. It's about time this surgery went back to pre Covid service. No wonder A and E are over run!
