Everyweek stressing to get paid . I worked with them 3yrs at many sites.Many times wages been late .Recently I change job and I didn’t got paid for last week of work which i done for Direct in Wolfswagen site(5full days) been told by area manager that dealership which i work in refused to pay which was a lie becouse i spoken to dealership they said they always pay for everyone ,.Monday last week ,after 1hr of work i would just leave not work 1week for free . They will try to scam u !!!! Won’t recommend this place They take money from dealerships but don't pay workers saying dealearships dont want to pay workers basically

Worked a month as a smart repairer at Small heath Birmingham. Was told at interview £18 an hour, by area manager, in front of 3 other managers. But after taking the position was told that was a mistake n it was actually £17. Thats over £2k less per annum ! If I didn't like it, I could leave. Weak managment , obstructive and abusive work ethics and atmosphere, Poor equipment and facilities,. long hours. Not smart repair, more bodyshop repairs, panel beating, multiple panel repairs . Was told any equipment or consumables, just ask. Nothing turned up.

WONT BE LONG BEFORE I RING ACAS as I’ve worked with them for 4 months now and first 2 weeks I didn’t get payed they sent it to another worker to send to me.. so it messed it up for my accountant. Ever since my pay has been all over the place and never the same even tho I work the same hours and days every week. They never get the right size uniform. They want you to work from 8:30am till 5pm and not pay you properly.. they over charge for chemicals even tho im on pitch and only using soap and water..

DO NOT WORK for this company, full of lies says you get paid one price but pay you a different price, if you like working 8;30 to 5 pm for less than minimum wage then this is the company you want if you question it they get rid off you! wouldn't let me select no stars so had to put 1 but I wouldn't give them any! if think this is just lies work for them an find out for yourself

You work like self employed 10.31 per hour. Min wage is 10.42. Charge chemical materials and fake insorance. You work for 8.79

My older brother worked for this company here in Glasgow and he was let go by them due his health. Also everytime he came home from work he told me that he had to either go somewhere else to do the job which meant he had to travel without any means to get to the job. The supervisor apparently is just a jobs worth who really hasn't got any clue on how to run the business. My brother has got some issues with his health,diabetes type 1 and he has a stoma to which causes untold issues at times but apparently they have said that they have to let him go due this issue with his health. Untrue,they haven't factored in that even with his health issues they may be liable to pay my brother compensation for this treatment. He is talking with our lawyer to see if he is entitled to compensation for constructive dismissal.

Worked there not too long, didnt pay me for 3 days, I'm still waiting, will complain about it to further institutions, work was not good, like slavery, always gave the worst jobs to me, no pay slips, no codes to sign in and out, didn't pay for my work all money, never trust this company. Gave to me too small uniform, asked for bigger, never bother to give. Asked to help me to fill forms for self employed, company said dont bother, I manager didn't pay taxes for 3 years maybe, another manager lied to me that will come to sort out everything and never showed up, thanks for nothing. The worst place to work.
