Copper octopus plumbing & heating

We used John to replace an old shower with a new one. This was complicated by the old one having obscure sized connections. John did an excellent job and charged us a fair price. Would recommend him based on our experience and that of our sons.

John has been amazing since he came to us immediately to fix a leaking radiator. Since then we’ve had him fit new cast iron radiators and replace/move our boiler. We’ll definitely be getting him back for first/second fix of our new bathroom.

My boiler had an internal burst pipe last Monday. Water spraying left, right and centre from inside the boiler. Called John and he immediately told me how to relieve the leakage before driving down himself to diagnose. He also quoted me for a new boiler on the same day.Given how busy his schedule was and how last minute my demands were for a working boiler, John managed to squeeze me in his schedule for a new boiler installation on Wednesday, on the same week!He removed and disposed my old boiler, replaced the flue and installed my new Worcester Bosch boiler with a thermostat and Hive connection to my phone, all on the same day.Overall, I'm absolutely satisfied with his service as he was competent, professional and extremely responsive! Would definitely use his service again and would recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

We had a problem with a leaking shower and a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. I found John via his facebook page. He responded to my message very quickly and arranged to call. When our toilet wouldn't flush. John fitted us in to his busy schedule. He gave us an approximate time and then 20 minutes notice of arriving. He was prompt arriving and efficient with his work.
