Gravesend today 20/10/23 11.45am very rude lady at the till around mid to late 30's. Refused to carry items to the car on click and collect even when I entered the store. So if you are over 60 DO NOT go to the store you get this service which has prompted me to escalate this to head office with an official complaint having been told she will not get anyone to take it to my car. Official complaint now made.

Bought my new kitchen recently, designed by Steve Hill, cannot thank him enough for all his help and support. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen to go the Wickes and to ask specifically for Steve. Thank you Steve for going above and beyond.

AVOID.AVOID AVOID.AVOID. Got a parking ticket for leaving the carpark (to go and get some items for my disabled father in town) regardless of the thousands of pounds we have spent in there over the last three years I got a parking fine sent to me two weeks late before the fine go's up too £100. I will never shop in Wickes again (or travis perkins for that matter). I advise everyone who is reading this review to shop elsewhere: B&Q is just around the corner as is Screwfix..No wonder town centres are on their knees. AVOID.AVOID AVOID.AVOID. I really hope people listen and really do shop somewhere else.

Had new bathroom installed by Arek. Fantastic guy with many many years of bathroom/kitchen fittings. His work is fantastic and top top quality. If had anything else fitted I would ask for Arek.also a massive thank you to Steve who designed my bathroom. If you order anything from Wickes ask for Steve. Great service

Great improvement to the store. The main weak point is the customer service. Maybe self service would have been a good idea. The employees look so miserable, much better customer service at B and Q

Not being fan of diy I very rarely vist but one the occasions that I do the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to my husband and his kilt.

Lovely champs in here. The entrance is cheeky though which I'll solve myself with Google... almost got lost. But I likey the place for my DIY things.
