I felt so relaxed with Louisa and the wax removal gave me instant relief from the tinutus in my ear Louisa put me at ease and was professional and worth every penny for me ! I would highly recommend!

I booked with Louisa for ear wax removal prior to having personalised ear plugs made. I felt quickly at ease. She explained everything that she was going to do so there were no surprises. She was very professional and efficient and I had a very positive experience all round. I would gladly recommend Louisa and I will return!
