I have been calling for days as o2 send me texts telling my to call the store, now texts are telling me I only have a certain time, I'm Ill at the moment but have to go in tomorrow to sort this. I'm very annoyed. My call logs show 15 calls!

Went in there yesterday. 30.11.23.Person behind the counter was absolutely uninterested in my request. Only asked if she could find out if I was on o2 switch up tariff. First I was told that “we close in an hour”. I arrived at 4pm. I even got the app up on my phone to let her have a look but she said they were too busy and there were people before me to be seen to and yet the people that were in the shop when I arrived left just after I arrived , so in fact I was the only one in the shop at the time. Very unhelpful person she was. I phoned Stirling shop from outside the Falkirk shop and they told me to pop through so I did. They confirmed my request and I walked out with a new phone within 25 mins of arriving at the o2 shop Stirling. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful there. I’ve been with o2 for 20 years and that is the last time I’ll be in their Falkirk shop.

Was unsure about the Volt" package with Virgin. One of the assistants took me through the process with a very pleasant attitude and an in depth knowledge. Saved me a small fortune!"

I have 2 contract with this shop and I always wish I don't have to go to this shop.I have now few bad experience with this shop. On one ocaasiom they tried to charge me 330 for 6 months old phone when it was covered in warranty. Telling me its users fault when it was not later samsung repaired it for me for free.On other occasion there sales representative give me bad information and later apologies that he was under training.And today entirely new person... the big guy he put me on waiting list and rudely told me that he will not let me wander around in shop. When I only wanting to look prices.I am Asian and I felt guy is being racist. If there will be Scottish person he won't be like this.I am software developer, well presented and well spoken person. Normally i don't have racist experience especially from English people. But this experience really make me feel bad. And I am giving this review.

Very helpful when upgrading and talked me through everything. All of the staff were spot on.

Waited around 45mins to be seen, they took my number and said would give me a call....however friendly and great service once I had an assistant
