The Venue
I do think the Venue as improved since covid days but it still needs to improve. The food is OK but using frozen veg instead of fresh not very good. I think the price is expensive for food and drink because the quality and quantity is not really good. I will praise one thing,the lady that served us ,blonde lady was really very nice and kept asking if we needed anything.

Wonderful Sunday Lunch. Could choose between Turkey and Beef on our visit. Extra gravy, a selection of cooked vegetables, mashed and roast potatoes.

The Venue
Attended The Venue for a wake so we used the upstairs function room. The space was clean and well set up all ready for our arrival. Staff where attentive and polite. Food was spectacular! They served a variety of foods as part of a buffet with a sever. We had Lasange Chips sandwiches rice dishes etc. We had a quick look round the restaurant itself and it had lots of space and lots of happy faces.Nappy change available downstairs

My 1st time at the O2, for #hanszimmerlive. The experience was absolutely outstanding. The O2 is wonderful. As an O2 member, i had access to 'O2 Priority' as well, which made the experience so much more relaxing.I can't wait to return !

All the staff where very friendly, had the xmas dinner, it was awful, sloppy stuffing, not eaten, two tiny slices of turkey one roast potato, mash, looked like mixed frozen veg, only good bit was the Yorkshire pudding and gravy. All the other meals I could see looked fine and my friend had fish and chips and that looked fine. Could of complained about the meal but didn't, just won't go again, other people also said the turkey dinner was awful. Maybe get a different chef.

Called for steak and chips after walking from St Anne’s . Place was immaculately clean . My waitress was really helpful and pleasant. Steak was sirloin and a lovely cut of meat . Chips fresh and crispy. Red wine lush ! I’ll be back x

Great wheelchair accessible place for a meal. The staff are really lovely. Service was good and drinks and food order taken very quickly. Drink and food arrived in good time. We had the little" portion sizes which was good for lunch. My Steak and ale pie had plenty of steak. Toilets were very clean and fresh. You can take dogs in (there is a dog friendly section behind the bar).I would not have known you could eat here as is wasn't obvious from the outside

We held a memorial for my Hubby in their function room. The food was excellent and the staff were most attentive. I do think a member of staff could have been provided rather than help yourself" hot drinks but overall I can only say good things about The Venue"

The Venue
We visited for Sunday lunch and had a drink on their terrace area which has lovely views of the sea. We moved inside for our lunch. The inside is well furnished in a modern style. I found it a comfortable place to be with plenty of tables for larger groups. Great for bringing an extended family or those looking for somewhere for a celebration. I had the fish pie which was excellent. Plenty of salmon, prawns, mashed potatoes and lovely melted cheese. I was in heaven. My friend had the beef roast dinner which I include so that you can see what you get. She wasn't happy with the stuffing as we both like it crispy and she felt the beef was over done as she likes her beef a bit pink.
