TUI Holiday Store

We first used Tui last year when organising our Disneyland Trip for 35 people and Chelsey from the newry branch was excellent. However this time around it was for 84 people and it was an absolute breeze from start to finish. She is an absolute credit to your Branch. Professional, Kind and so patient. She made a potentially stressful situation so relaxed. We will 100% be using Tui for all our future trips. Thank you so much againWould highly recommend this branch

I have been booking with Tui Newry for a number of years now and have always had a fantastic experience. Jenni, Corrina and the rest of the girls are a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional and take time each year to source the right holiday for us. I wouldn't book through any other provider. What a store, with such a great bunch of girls!! My family have been using Tui Newry for 10-15 years, looking at holidays that fit our needs. We have always found the staff polite and courteous and willing to help on every occasion! We have seen many changes within the shop especially in the last few years with covid, but however the staff have always been willing to alter holidays if needed and endeavour to find us quality accommodation and always our willing to help us get accommodation to help suit all our needs both within the resort and the airport. We would give this shop 10/10 at all times! Nothing is ever to much for any of the girls! Great management and a great team!!

Excellent service and advice on my recent cruise. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend. 5 star service as I'd been checking with other agents in the town. This was by far the best . Thank you girls .
