Falls Of Falloch

Just short of 400km round trip from where I live to The Falls Of Falloch on my 125cc. Let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed either. What a spectacular force of nature it is. Well worth the ride out to see this. Scotland is a beautiful place with so many hidden gems. When I arrived there was probably about 10 cars in the carpark. Definitely not overcrowded for getting a good photo. Be warned though during rainy days it is quite slippery/ muddy in parts, so stay away from the edges of the water. I would also suggest walking boots or Wellingtons. As your brand new designer trainers will be ruined walking in this. I was fortunate enough to have my motorbike boots on. So they saved the day.

Now this is a stunning place, it's only a short walk to the falls which is mostly flat, and once you get there the falls are amazing, you can also get reasonably close in the sensory tunnel (not for dogs tho as gaps).On the way back you can take a longer route (or there if you want) but this route has steps and the terrain is very uneven.The car park is small, but we found a space easily enough, I imagine in summer it would be very hard to park.

Beautiful waterfall with pools and epic scenery. There's a carpark for 15 or so cars. It's a short walk from the carpark to the main falls and the pools. Sculptured art view point provides a fabulous audio visual experience of the falls.

Beautiful little place. Bit challenging to get down to the water when it's wet, but if you do it's a real treat!If you'd rather stay up at the viewing points on the trodden path, it's just as beautiful!A gorgeous fall, with a great viewpoint which is brilliant for a little photoshoot.

The walk to the falls was really serene. I was expecting it to be busier based on how busy the car park was, but I was surprised to hardly see anyone during our walk up to the falls.The caged walk to the view point of the falls was giving me jurassic park vibes and I loved it. I spent around half hour here getting various pictures and enjoying the peaceful area around the waterfall.

Stunning waterfall. Peaceful and relaxing. Loved the bright colours of nature. Small car park. Easy walk. Recommend wearing good footwear as some of the trail can be quite muddy.

Lovely location to walk around. The trail isn’t long, and it’s easy to get to the main part of the falls. Nice free parking area.

Absolutely stunning river and falls and a great place for a dip. There is a small car park area with a short well trodden 5-10 minute fairly flat walk to the falls. Fairly easy to access the water although beware of slippy rocks and fast flowing currents if there has been some rain.
