Yoga Physio Leeds
Amy's yoga classes are a great complement to my running and other activities. I find her sessions give a good variety of stretch and strengthening and Amy is a patient and encouraging teacher.

Amy has a wonderful calm manner and really clearly explains the moves and flow. These classes are really enjoyable for all levels/abilities. I'd highly recommend Yoga Physio.
