Shocking service.. got a delivery slot for my parcel, so i waited in all day . To be told that they tried to deliver it but i was not in . Which is a lie,as i was sitting looking out the windo waiting for it to be delivered..

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit dubious about DHL but the service I received was exemplary, a large overnight delivery from Coventry to Melrose in the Scottish Borders arrived by 11AM thank you.
