No delays, they do a great professional job for a fraction of the price you'd pay at the dealership. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone who wants to keep their vehicle in good health to definitely visit here.

Better then main dealer and excellent service. I have a C63 W204 and experienced a leak from the middle of the car. The team at ACMS diagnosed the issue straight away and provided me with the best repair method. I also left the vehicle with them to do some further maintenance work due to the age and mileage and they where both extremely knowledgeable in what needed replacing and fairly priced. I will most definitely be using them in the future as I plan on keeping this vehicle and would recommend their services to anybody that needs work doing on their Mercedes-Benz. On a last point the reception staff keep you up to date whilst the vehicle is with them and very friendly.

I’ve been using ACMS for a few years now and they are great for repairs and servicing. All genuine Mercedes parts are used and they have the car ready promptly. Much better than the main dealer which will charge you a fortune for the same job.

Took my merc here to get service come back with multiple problems. Air box wasn’t connected properly and oil level was low and dirty. Definitely didn’t service my car and charged a fortune. The 2 receptionists hadn’t got any idea just like the kids that work there. DO NOT GO HERE STAY WELL AWAY

Had my car diagnosed twice after replacing parts that they couldn’t get (apparently) untill a few weeks time. I managed to get that part same day took it back to be reprogrammed but they couldn’t do it. Paid £96 for them to print me paper as I’m still none the wiser. Staff behind the desk need replacing an know absolutely nothing about the job there in. Don’t return calls, just a poor service for me maybe I’m one of the unlucky ones. Won’t use again as find there just taking my money of me an doing very minimal

Have used ACMS for several vehicles and the service is excellent. Work is only carried out if necessary and the rates are very competitive.

Very promt and thoroughly went thro my 320ml.having to change oil cooler seals injectors heater motor and full service. Thank you so much to all the staff i have definitely found my garage x

Got my wheels, break pads, break disks and alloys fitted by ACMS however 4 weeks later while I was driving one of my wheels came off. When I took my car to a tyre shop to get it put back on they told me the reason it came off is because the person who fitted them had not tightened the bolts properly, which is ACMS. I now have damage on the side of my car where it impacted the floor. When I called ACMS to speak to them about it they said they’re not taking liability regarding this incident even though they were the last people to touch my car wheels, they also came across very rude about the whole situation. Overall they were very unprofessional about the whole situation didn’t even bother to ask me if I was injured. They also hung up the phone to me which I did not appreciate.

First time I used these guys and cannot fault them, complete fully service with no issues and returned motor looking shiny. Friendly and helpful staff that don't just treat you like a number. highly recommend and 100% would use again as big savings in comparison to main dealer service.
