As a retired professional I still have exacting standards but a poor background in IT. Ben clearly and patiently teaches me or sometimes just does something complicated. I also respect his opinions on security questions I might have, for my peace of mind.I enjoy my sessions with him...he's the best.

I had problems with the link between my laptop and printer and called Ben. He arranged to fix it remotely within an hour, and while fixing that problem he ran some checks and identified some other issues, and resolved these too. An excellent service and a reasonable fee.

Great service, found them via word of mouth, explains problems in ways you can understand if you are not overly techy and offers good viable options to solve. Would highly recommend Ben and The Tech Division for business or individuals and not overly expensive either. Fab! 10/10!!
