Ascension Sports Massage
I booked a massage with Carl because of severe neck and back spasm. What a genuine and professional therapist. The massage was excellent and released a lot of the muscle pressure causing my migraines. It was great to have it at home, meant I didn’t have to go back out into the cold - just fabulous. Will definitely be booking another one when I get back from London! Thanks so much Carl!

Carl was extremely friendly and patient as it was the first sports massage therapy session I've attended. I'd recently been developing shin splints and Carl ensured to tailor the session towards that by asking specific questions and making sure I knew what he was going to do next and that I was comfortable through out.I could tell after the session that he'd managed to work the areas in my legs that were causing pain and discomfort.Would recommend and hoping to book future sessions with him

Just had an hour long massage with Carl where he focused on my back and legs where my pain was most prominent, he was able to identify some weakness in my back and recommended exercises to not only help the pain but also strengthen. Very professional service, will definitely be booking again

Ascension Sports Massage
Carl was professional and friendly, even suggesting for me to put my own music on if I wanted to help me relax. Ive been having issues with tight shoulders and he really worked into them to relieve some of the tightness, and asked lots of questions to find out what issues id been having and what might be causing them. Carl made sure I felt comfortable, and as a lady gave me privacy as required to get myself ready for my treatment.

Had my first massage with Carl today and he was incredible! We worked out where my problem areas were and completed an assessment to ensure the massage was best suited to me. The massage itself was amazing, Carl certainly knows what he’s doing and targeted all areas previously spoken about plus a few other bits that I hadn’t previously realised were problem areas. Really looking forward to my next massage with him!

Carl was friendly and put you at ease. Throughout the treatment made sure to check in with me for pressure. Gave some good advice on my running to help avoid potential injuries. Will definitely be using Carl again. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend ascension sports massage. Carl is friendly and very knowledgeable, did a great job with my very tense and painful shoulders. Feel so much better now and will definitely have more massages in the future.
