After being with a different estate agent for 8 months, and many failed transactions, we finally made the decision to move to another agent and Allen and Harris (Abingdon) came highly recommended to us. From the initial viewing appointment with George to the final handover of the keys from Sophie, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.One of the key reasons for this smooth process was the in-house mortgage service provided by Megan. She was incredibly supportive and robust, taking care of everything from arranging the mortgage to finding a solicitor and following up with them. She even helped me change to a better mortgage rate when it became available, and arranged for life insurance.Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed of every stage by daily calls from Imogen. This was a really nice touch and made me feel less worried about the whole process.Overall, I would highly recommend Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The team was professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I cannot thank them enough for making my home buying experience a pleasant one.
