Repair My Phone Today

I am extremely grateful to the Summertown branch for fixing my mobile telephone screen and issuing me with a screen protector.A lot of repair shops sell cheaper screens which do not work consistently. However, my latest screen works very well. The replacement screen has all of the functionality of the previous one which is exactly what I was expecting. The telephone is fully usable again!

Absolutely disgusted with the service my son got here.Phone was left for case repair £150 no problem. Went to pick it up the next day and was told the battery wasn’t working anymore. It was in perfect working order when the phone was handed in. So he was told he needed to pay another £350 for a new battery ! Ugh his phone was in perfect working order, so no, you’ve obviously damaged it so you need to replace it. They then said they would lend him a phone but they wanted his watch as security ! “What”No, you need to replace the battery, after a very rude and heated conversation. They fitted a new battery !Funny how they noticed the nice watch he was wearing !Discussing, really feel like they were trying to fleece him.

Terrible. Brought my phone in to be repaired and was still having issues with the screen not performing properly, felt loose. They said nothing is wrong with the repair. I have taken it somewhere else the third time round and they did not use BASIC adhesive in the phone to keep the screen attached. WORST £100 SPENT. Now I am getting repaired elsewhere.

Our laptop suddenly stopped working and we were desperate. We came into the shop but were worried that they only helped with telephones. Laszlo was brilliant, re-assuring us that the shop helps with laptops as well as telephones. He calmly explored the problem and fixed it. We're so very grateful and thoroughly recommend Repair My Phone.

My iPhone was water damaged. These guys fixed it in 3.5 hrs, explained what the problem was and saved me buying a new one. Friendly helpful service too - would recommend

Having previously had wonderful experience with these guys repairing my phone, today I took my laptop there. It developed a hinge problem which prevented it from opening and closing as it should and threatened to make it obsolete. Again, the service I received was unbelievable. Billy quickly diagnosed the issue, and described all the different ways of solving it. But he wanted to try something first, which would not require ordering any new parts. He said it may or may not work, but there is no harm in trying. He worked on my laptop for half an hour, dismantling the base and then expertly using hot glue to try to reattach the the parts that came apart and caused the problem. He seemed genuinely delighted when we discovered that it did the trick--problem solved! He then went on to refuse payment (!), saying 'we just tried something, I'm glad it worked'. I tried to argue, to no avail. Thank you Billy!I've had my iphone repaired here several times: screen, battery, and now screen again. My experience has been great every time: brilliant service, fair prices, incredible speed (!), and the nicest guys imaginable. Fali, who handled the latest repair, is a case in point!

I've always had excellent service at the Summertown branch of Repair my phone. Laz is calm and efficient and explains clearly each time what the problem is. I've bought a phone there and had this one and my previous one repaired, quickly and effectively each time. I highly recommend this shop.
