Absolutely terrible! Paid for the platinum service... it is honestly not worth the money... the reason the prices are reasonable is because they make no effort to actually clean your car:Alloys still covered in muckBodywork clean but obviously not waxed as there were watermarks all over the car... I actually doubt they even used a chamois or any kind of bufferDirt still all around the window trims and bootInside a weird stain on the seat that wasn't there beforeAt best it was lightly dusted and not actually cleaned as I couldn't smell any hint of cleaning products when I got in the carInside of the windscreen was absolutely covered in fingerprints... worse than when I dropped it offDust all over the dash and actually a pay and display parking ticket still left on the dash from when I dropped it offI'm actually really angry about the state they left my car in and I've been left feeling like I have had my money stolen... don't know if it's different people on different days... but honestly... don't even risk it! Go somewhere else where they are not willing to literally steal your money and not provide a service!

You pay £25 gold. The inside and the outside and you leave with it more oily, and dirty. I do not recommend. I think that some controls would be good from the authorities.

Absolutely terrible place and people there. The guys are very rude and not cleaned properly yet charged Gold service. No respect and they said this what you get for 30 quid. Not a good place to wash your car even if it’s bloody cheap or costly you feel. At the end you won’t get what you paid for. Added photos of their good work lol.

Absolutely awful. They didn't clean the car inside very well at all. They also damaged my vehicle whilst it was in there care. When I spoke to the Boss" he swore at me and told me in his country he doesn't deal with women. He also assaulted my dad so morrisons has advised calling the police. Very rude and won't be going there again."

Great service and reasonably priced. The staff were a bit rude and unclear with instructions if not leaving the car with the staff whilst shopping. They did a great job cleaning and even got in the hard to reach places. The car was smelling fresh afterwards. Would use again!

Always really great when we’ve paid £30 mid price option. Today, we treated ourselves to the top platinum and it’s the WORST it’s ever been cleaned. Missed marks on the steering wheel, dashboard and console (you’d think the easiest place to wash). The roof has not even been touched! Very unhappy loyal customers who will not be coming back.

Paid £35 for a platinum wash, marks still on the interior of car and not properly cleaned, outside still marks on it. Feel like it was a total waste of money. Can tell windows weren’t cleaned as still finger marks on it where I’ve been wiping condensation away. What makes it even worse, is that they binned one of my travel mugs. I told them there was a travel mug in there so just leave it, and they binned it.Don’t go here

Had a full valet done, i come here every time and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, my car is always spotless, would 100% recommend

As a frequent flyer I can’t fault these guys. Unlike many hand car washes they take pride in their work and do a great job and always very friendly

The main person incidentally also called Alex is passionate about the job he does ... And his team shares the same ethos. Pays attention to detail. They take card payments too!
