Nikki is a fantastic manager with the ability to very quickly change things from bad to good. She is professional, highly experienced and puts service users at the forefront of everything she does. Nikki has taught me an awful lot over the last year we have worked together and there would have been no better fit for it. Highly recommended.

Nikki was an interim manager at our service for a few months in Surrey and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very professional, organised, a born leader, positive and amazing with all of the residents. We will miss her terribly but hope to cross paths in the future. She definitely made a stressful time at the home much more bearable with her support.

We required an interim manager for our care home, while searching for a new registered manager and choose alam care. We had a requires improvement, we’re using too much agency and occupancy was down.Our initial interim manager contract was for 3 months in that short period of time the fundamental changes and improvements were unbelievable.Alam and the team took ownership and we’re truly committed to the home - our interim worked there day , night , weekends we didn’t have to worry as everything was in hand.We extended our contract and are still working with alam 12 months later we are now fully staffed , with 100 occupancy and a 16% fee increase along with an overall good cqc.They are the most professional and dedicated interim managers we’ve worked with.
