Friendly receptionist. Apology for short wait from dentist.I had a broken denture. Dentist offered to send it away for repairs and alterations. She explained everything clearly. She and dental nurse working with her were cheerful and friendly during my visit.

Always get great service. Mrs Brammer is vey good at explaining what she is going to do, and why. Very patient when I ask dumb questions.Always puts me at my ease.Reception does a first rate job. No long holds waiting for the phone to be answered. They always do their best to get me seen in an emergency.

Patricia and Glen are a wonderful.I find it helpful and more relaxing to see the same dental team. I appreciate the advice and help with my teeth. Online form is easy to complete before the appointment, saves so much time. Grateful I can still see an N H.S. dentist locally.

Been suffering with tooth, jaw ear ache over a period of time, was quite concerned about the potential lack of availability. The reception team were very attentive and found an appt for me. The dentist was gentle and caring , and explained it would take two visits to sort out my root canal issue. Was happy to put up with a numb mouth while part one took place... Thank you to all the team at Kerry Crescent. Part two to follow over the coming ... :-)

Had a cracked and very painful tooth. Called up dentist reception and the next day was offered an emergency appointment. Tooth sorted! Must say the reception team were brilliant and sympathetic to the urgency of the problem. My dentist was brilliant explaining the options for the tooth and fixing it. Such great service. THANK YOU.
