World class service in a local shop. Great experience here today, got some keys cut and the speed, workmanship and friendliness of the owner was exceptional.More than that, i could see that the owner took pride in his workmanship and was keen for me to feel satisfied which i absolutely was.

I've had 2 shoe repairs from Rite Way now, and the craftsmanship has been exceptional. Hand stitched leather sole replacement for my Goodyear Welted shoes was better than the original finish and I have had a heel replacement on the same pair of shoes which has given an expensive pair of shoes a new lease of life. I'd much rather use people who have worked with shoes for a lifetime than Timpson's, where the average worker has been for a couple of years. I'd recommend to anyone.

Friendly and eager to help, both sets of keys ended up working first time, even tho one set was ancient, offored discount for extra spare, convenience just off the highstreet, would recommend to everyone.
