Handy spot for a Coffee shop, right next to the bus station. Live bus departures are available to view inside. A little bit of outdoor seating and a toilet is available in the building.

Nice little spot made better by the staff in today. Fairly busy, but efficient service regardless. Yvonne was delightful, give that woman a raise.

One of my favourite places. This particular Costa is small, but close to my work and very convenient for that morning coffee. The staff are incredibly good, helpful and professional. The store is always clean and tidy and the Manager is very hands on ensuring that you get the best possible experience. I would recommend a visit if you are passing - you won't be disappointed.

Visit most days for my caffeine fix, always fast and efficient service. Located at the Bus station it's the perfect place to stop off on your morning commute to work, recommend ordering ahead too via the app to skip any queue.Staff are friendly and very helpful, the store has ample seating inside with a toilet situated at the back of the store. The store also has a helpful live bus timetable, so you won't miss your bus.

Great place to grab a quick coffee before heading to work or when you are waiting for the bus home, such friendly staff especially Uma she is a lovely girl and nice to talk too.Good deals on at times and a good range of food, cake etc great place to visit to get your day going.

Very good location as it is right outside the college and as expected with Costa the food and drinks are very good. Only complaint is the seating is a bit squashed but it is still manageable. The staff were also very friendly and I would go back next time I visit Andover

Poor customer service! Been there this morning asked for a large hazelnut praline & cream hot chocolate made with soya milk. The guy that took the order made it as well, had to interrupt him half way has he made it with normal milk (could have cost me an allergic reaction) plus made it regular size and when I told him it was large he replayed with 'we don't do this in large size' when he had a clear sign behind him with regular and large size and I have paid for the large! He was lucky I was feeling kind and was late to work. But won't come back to that Costa.
