Best yoga school ever. Now available anywhere in all time zones. Highly recommended for online classes but also whenever this is possible for regular practice at the studio if you are local or for workshops and weekends if you are looking for a yoga retreat.

Very friendly, professional Iyenga yoga studio. It suits me well because I buy a card of sessions that persuades me to go regularly to classes but I don't have to commit to a particular session. This means I can chop and change classes depending on when I'm available. I have experienced at least 5 of their teachers so far and have been thorougly pleased with all of them. It's great that all the equipment is just there so I can just turn up and be ready to go.I love it.

Yogawest is a fantastic friendly studio. I do beginners classes with Sarah-Louise who shows a real expertise in her teaching and has a great way of explaining cues and why you need to switch on certain muscles.
