Italian flatbread sandwich was as hard as rocks. Flat white served with no room to add sugar - spilled half of it taking to the table and the other half in stirring it. Loads of room to improve.

Decent place. The desserts must be sprinkled with crack because I just craved for more and more. This was one of the best mouth-watering burgers I've had grace my taste buds in a long time. I was happy to see how clean everything was. The ambiance gives off an earthy feel-good vibe. I had a satisfactory experience and will have to try it again.

I've been to BB's many times in the past, and the service from the ladies is some what OK a smile wouldn't hurt, but they're fairly polite. But today we went for some lunch, and I'm absolutely disgusted. My daughter paid over £22 for two drinks, a muffin, and two tuna melts. The tuna melts themselves were £5.25. They barely had any filling. It looked like someone had actually literally smeared it on the bread, and that's it. What a joke. For the price paid, you'd expect much more. I know inflation has gone up, but Jesus. You should be disgusted of yourselves. I would avoid it. You would be better off making your own lunch for that price. I certainly won't be going back ever again.

Ordered via the bakers and baristas app as advertised on the tables. Order never arrived. Asked the staff on the counter and they were like ohh we don’t use the bakers and baristas app anymore. They didn’t believe I had ordered despite me showing on my Apple Pay that the payment was pending. Eventually begrudgingly the staff made our hot chocolates. Definitely won’t be back again soon which is a shame as it’s one of the only places I could take my dog for a coffee. And here’s a hint to the managers and owners take the app cards off the tables if you’re no longer using it!!!

We visited for a weekday lunch.Signs around the cafe state you get 20% off your first app order, so we sat down, downloaded the app and placed our order. The 20% was not automatically apied, so we asked and the staff had no idea. We ordered anyway via the app. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 cupcakes, 3 iced lemonades and a coffee and a bag of crisps.The sandwiches came fairly quickly, they were good sandwiches, but not worth the price considering other local options for lunch.The drinks took ages for them to make. Considering the iced lemonades were straight out of a carton, they didn't seem to know how to make them. They eventually brought everything except one of the lemonades, when we asked, one of them brought us the recipe, really confused what we were missing and we had to count everything on the table for them. The other just stood back and stared at us like we were the problem.The lemonades were warm and not iced and one of the cupcakes was partially uncooked.We will not be visiting again, it is definitely not worth the money and the staff seem to have no idea what they were doing.

Service poor… this lady clearly isn’t happy in her job !Toasted sandwiches must have hit the toaster for all of 2 seconds. It wasn’t busy so no excuse

A nice lunch with my wife, son and daughter. Nice coffee, 4 good sized Pannini's and 4 scrumptious Muffins. Fast and friendly service.

Always an excellent range of muffins and a freshly made choice of sandwiches and food items. Friendly staff always with a smile. Highly recommend.
