The recpeptionist act like everyones mum, the GPs are over paid and work very less hours. I hope the staff here die of the worst illnesses that there patients have and they ignore.

Phone numbers dont work no way to contact surgery

Rude and disrespectful.

Registered as a new patient- process was simple enough. Had to wait 2 weeks for new patient health check (this is expected) was seen by nurse named Shabina who was fantastic. The service received was brilliant. Clean and welcoming surgery and staff. Thanks

Unprofessional. Dr Maliks surgery but he only appears once in a blue moon to grunt sarcastically and leave again. Chairs ripped in waiting room. Big bench in front of reception so everyone can hear personal details even though there is a window between receptionist and patient. Receptionist immune to wearing masks but won’t talk to you unless you’re wearing one.Nurse happily discloses family medical history without permission. Good luck getting an appointment, all you hear is ring at 8am. Doesn’t matter if you can’t get through. You could drop dead but as long as Malik is receiving his funding it’s no skin off his nose.

The receptionist is so rude to me across the phone. I have young special children who get ill easily and when I call to book an appointment the receptionist doesn't offer one and instead acts like she knows it all and thinks she is the doctor herself. The receptionist should be replaced and this practice should be closed. It is a waste of time and space and do not do anything to help you.

Moor Park surgery is one of the best practices in Bradford. They have helpful, polite staff always willing to help. You can get an appointment on the same day. All the clinicians are excellent and attend you your needs promptly and accordingly. They provide excellent care and very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
