Nice cosy lounge and room.Stay with family.Is not far from sea.

This accomodation is great value with friendly hosts. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of higher priced places, but what you do get is a good location, decent sized rooms and a good night sleep. One negative is that there are not enough parking spots.

Fantastic place to stay. I stayed here for a night with my partner and it far exceeded our expectations! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean and just felt like a home away from home. Staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Great location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The standard double room was small, I was travelling alone so not a problem for me but it would feel quite cramped for two. Lovely comfortable bed and everything was fairly well cleaned, some of the fittings were past their best and in need of replacing, but the shower was reliable and there was plenty of hot water. All in all good value for money.

Very Dirty, thread bare and stained carpet rubbish under the bed. And the kettle was still half full of water.. may or may not have been there for days. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned in a Very long time. The location was ok . Much better places to stay for the money in my opinion

We had a lovely stay at Hurst Dene Guest House. The room was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The big windows make the room pretty bright but you have curtains for the night. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. The host was very welcoming and he showed us around. I definitely recommend it, I would just note that there are few steep steps to get to the apartments if this is something that can be a problem for you, make sure to take that into account.

Great price would definitely come againBooked here via the phone with the older gentlemen, was so lovely and helpful! The three of us stayed here for a night in an apartment which was within the building of the hotel, felt very safe and the beds were so comfy. In the room there was a stylish shower room, a room with a double bed and sink, and then the main room which had a single bed, kitchen, sofa and table and chairs. Really enjoyed and much better experience than staying in a hotel room which were quoting me double the amount for 3 people.There was also free parking!Definitely would come back here again if I'm ever in Swansea.

I will definitely book here again, staff are lovely and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, although located on a main road, you are still far enough not hear much noise

no greeting on arrival. rooms clean. near shops and pubs. hot and alot of noise from street. also a very annoying noise from fan in bathroom even though lights off in there. room 5 . has a balcony and a good size living room. good size kitchen . would have been nice to have had toilet paper in the loo. had to go buy some on arrival
