Bathwick Tyres - Team Protyre

Booked in to have my two front tyres replaced, the guys were friendly enough and replaced my tyres in what I thought was lightening speed... but this is where they didn't take enough care or attention to detail as when I left the centre, I was driving out of Tetbury and I could hear tapping/rubbing noise on the o/s front tyre which I initially thought might have been the sticker which sometimes gets left on the tyre by the manufacturer, but that wasn't the case, after another day the noise was still present so I booked it in with my mechanic who spotted the problem instantly, the tyre balance weight wasn't correctly fitted and was colliding with the brake caliper on each rotation, pretty careless in my opinion as changing tyres isn't complicated and that cost me an extra sum of money sorting it out.

Had an earlier slot they offered if I was interested.Polite and worked calm and unrushed, taking time to do the job with no damage to the rims.Workshop clean and tidy and all staff very polite.Overall, how it should be. Would use again.

NOT HAPPY !So after telling the guys I had just had my wheels refurbished and to please take extra care as they are mint, I get them back with a gouge out of the rim and scratches around the face of the rim, all conveniently covered up with white wheel fitting paste. No care, no pride taken in their work.Stay away if you have anything that requires some care.

The man who served us was very helpful. He checked the tyres and said that there was still a bit of wear on them but would need changing soon. As the MOT is coming up we thought we'd get them replaced. He offered a variety of tyres and described the pros and cons of each brand. He didn't try to push the most expensive ones onto us.

The team provided good advice, well-priced products, and reasonably quick fitting. They also checked the other tyres for faults and ensured that they were at the correct pressure.

Prices are okay, very good mostly.Staff is also okay, helpful.The timing is not always perfect there, i had to wait more than it was suggested. So , do not go there if somebody is on the rush.Otherwise very positive experience.

A couple of punctures in a week and Mark at Bathwick tyres here in Tetbury couldn't have been more helpful. An honest and well mannered guy that I will be using from now on. Thanks again.

These guys are amazing and helped me out in an emergency this morning. They were friendly and went out of their way to help me sort out my tyre. 100% recommend them
