I have NOT used this company, which is important to say as my neighbour has left a review claiming that this business made racist remarks to her and caused a disturbance. This is categorically not true. I used a different roofer to help me with an emergency job on my home and pre warned her about workers being at my property on a weekend.I hope people will disregard the review (posted under her husbands name) and I apologise profusely for any harm caused to this business due to her behaviour

Water was coming into the bedroom from bay window. Got quotes, went with Accurate. Lovely new baywindow roof. Water still comes into bedroom. Where the flashing was rendered massive crack. Accurate came back, silicon went in, dry but then bad weather hit and water comes in again. Accurate came back and it wasnt the roof all along, it was the rendering. Awesome, wasted money on a roof that didnt need replacing and now have to render. A double whammy.The whole point of the project was to stop Water coming in. This is why the review is 1 star. Water is still coming in.Lovely roof, great guys but Water is still coming in. I'm sorry for writing a negative review as Accurate have been back on a couple of occasions but if the roof was not the issue why not be the SME and say, guide me to the right decision.
