One of the best branches of Currys. Very wide varieties and stock is always available to deliver. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My assigned staff was awesome , (my nhs discount card was not accepting for a 5% offer, but staff gave a 5% off without any card❤️ ). Service was quick .A big applause for staff aswell. Well maintained showroom with all covid protocols.

Not great, we went to buy 2 phones with no package and knew exactly what we wanted. Out of the 6 members of staff standing around the only one who would help us had a queue of customers (3). We sat down and waited for 10 mins then gave up and bought them from Tesco. The other staff hanging around were so bored they went to smoke by the entrance doors. Poor customer service. If I owned Curry's I would train all staff to be multi skilled, plus I would question why you need so many staff with only a single skill set in a store with a handful of customers all wanting a mobile phone.

Assistant told us the item we had chosen was not what we should buy!Told us to buy different one, which was out of stock anyway! Went next door to argos and bought our first choice item for same price even though Currys said it was on special offer

This store is better than most. Staff seem genuinely interested in helping you and are knowledge. Won't try and upsell you, if you say you have a budget, they'll help you get the best for the money you have. Can't fault them

Extremely poor service. Store is empty of customers and you still have to wait to be served whilst management stand around chatting.

Staff member was more bothered that it was nearly closing time to help us. Couldn't even log into her tablet to check stock them said oh well the warehouse staff have gone home anyway". She suggested we went next door to Argos as it was open later! Shocking customer service
